Sample cost per array analyses depends on amount, quality and choice of platform. All samples sent to the Microarray facility go through initial quantitative and qualitative measurements, processing protocol is subsequently decided.

 RNA Expression Analysis

*RH Microarray Center can not garantie a successful output from this type of samples. Increasing amounts of RNA input is recommended the more degraded the samples are. Indicated prices are assuming no technical problems. Reagent cost of re-amplifications or re-runs will be added to the price.
