- For RNA: clearly visible 18S and 28S bands, and an A260/280 ratio > 1.8.
- For DNA:
- What happens to leftover material?
- You are supposed to collect your labeled material after successful analysis.
- When can I expect my results?
- For raw data, about a month.
- Can chips be reused?
- No chips can not be reused, but labeled material can.
- Can labeled RNA/DNA be reused?
- What should I do if I want to use the RH Microarray Center for my experiments?
- You should contact Rehannah Borup for further arrangements or fill in the Sample Submission formular.
- What if a used chip turns out to be defective? Who is paying for that?
