Sample Submission Expression arrays

Please fill in the sample submission form.

If we need further information regarding the experimental setup of your project, you will be contacted by a representative from the Microarray center.

Please call Susanne Smed, Elisabeth Schiefloe or Signe Poulsen at phone number: +45 3545 4208 in order to arrange delivery of the samples to the Center.

It is requested that you make a print of this page after submission and add the date and your signature at the bottom. This signed document should be included with the samples.

Recommendation regarding submission of samples for Affymetrix expression analysis.

For standard labeling a minimum of 300 ng is required. In special cases lower amounts (500 pg - 50 ng) of total RNA may be accepted for analysis.

Recommendation regarding submission of samples for microRNA analysis

In order to assure good quality of the miRNA labeling reaction, a minimum of 300 ng of total RNA must be submitted to the Microarray Center. In special cases lower amounts  of total RNA may be accepted for analysis. Plase contact Rehannah Borup for more information .
