Welcome to RH Microarray Center
The microarray core-unit at Rigshospitalet is located at the Department of Clinical Biochemistry.
The Center offers high-density expression profiling applying both Affymetrix 3'-expression, whole transcript and exon arrays for both gene expression and splice events analysis. Furthermore, MicroRNA expression profiling, SNP and Copy Number analysis and resequencing services is offered.
The unit is a non-profit core facility, open for users from the academic environment as well as the industry. Our principal dedication is to offer high-quality and rapid sample preparation and analysis. Moreover, we provide help with project design and data analysis.
